Consultancy and Staff Audits

Occasionally principals require assistance relating to the smooth running of the house. It can vary from simple basic things like:

• How to set up a laundry room properly?
• What new sets of crystal should be ordered?
• Do we have sufficient china?
• Do we have enough variety in the wine cellar?

To more complex management issues such as:

• Do we have enough staff?
• Do we have the right staff?
• How should we manage our home?
• How can we get the enviroment we want?
• Are we getting proper returns on our staff investment?

Sometimes principals sense that their house and staff could operate more efficiently, but they do not know how. A staff/house audit assesses the systems and staff and provides clear recommendations for improvement. This may include rewriting job descriptions, recommending new staff and changes in working practices.

Consultancy fees: $150 an hour.
