Household Cleaning and Care Manual

The Master Household Cleaning and Care manual is a vital tool for successful Household Management. It is a detailed log of all the key contents of the property, organized room by room, with detailed descriptions on how to manage/care for them and how to care for the room.

The manual contains large numbers of color images and apart from being a wonderful training tool for new staff, it is a useful document for insurance purposes. The level of detail is at the discretion of the principal, but we offer two approaches:

• Advisory capacity where we provide your Estate Manager with a template to work from and spend one day taking photos. Fee $1500.00.
• Full service: we run the entire project from beginning to end. The household is presented with the finalized House Book and a CD containing the entire content as well. Fees are dependent on property size and level of detail required. These are determined after a site visit and free consultation. No household of any consequence can afford to operate without this reference tool.
